This package is available throughout the week for any two consecutive days. In this case it will be a Friday and Saturday package.

Friday evening you will arrive in the city. After unpacking and relaxing for a while, you can go for dinner at Pizzicato which offers scrumptious gourmet pizza. The venue will be jam-packed because of weekend but you will enormously enjoy the evening because of the delicious food and lovely surroundings.

The same night you and your kids will enjoy another interesting item: the Ghost Tour of Philadelphia. The city is known for its haunted alleys and houses and spooky cemeteries. A guide will accompany you in the 90-minute walk around the city and narrate a horror story along the way. The kids are going to love this part of the tour.

If you want to relax you may skip the next item in the itinerary: a free concert at Penn’s Landing. Many events are held at this venue throughout the year including memorial ceremonies, concerts, skating to a live DJ and rallies.

On Saturday you will do most of the sight seeing and adventurous activities so be prepared. After breakfast you will be escorted to the Independence Hall which is known as the birthplace of the United States. This historic place is worth visiting at least once in your life. Previously the building was known as the Pennsylvania State House.

Afterwards you will visit the Liberty Bell Center which is located on Market Street. You will have lunch at Independence Al Fresco at Independence Visitor Center. Other than these you may also want to visit some other historic places in Philadelphia like Independence National Historical Park, National Constitution Center and Congress Hall.

The Betsy Ross House is also worth visiting where the first American flag was stitched by the famous seamstress. An ice cream saloon known as Franklin Fountain will be loved by the kids. Here you will be able to taste the world’s finest egg creams, sundaes, ice cream sodas and hard ice creams.

If you come to Philadelphia you should never miss a chance to see the Lights of Liberty Show at night. Here you will experience live music performed by the Philadelphia Orchestra along with dazzling lights and stunning hand painted images.

The next day you can spend your remaining time visiting some other historic landmarks in the city. There are hundreds of locations where you can go to enjoy with your family. Some of the most-visited places include 18th Century Garden, National Liberty Museum, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Dream Garden, Old City Hall and Welcome Park.
